Classes are held in the upstairs studio at Balanced Yoga, 39 Jardine Street, Kingston and are offered free of charge to ensure they are accessible to everyone. I believe there should be no financial barrier to stepping into a space that nurtures your mind and body during the menopause transition.

This Yoga Bliss is taking a break for at least six months, and weekly menopause yoga classes and monthly workshops will not be running during this time. It has been an absolute joy to build such a beautiful community of midlife women. Thank you for being part of it.
