Hot flushes (also known as vasomotor symptoms) are experienced by approximately 80% of women in Australia during menopause.
Our menopause yoga classes offer targeted support to help manage hot flushes and related symptoms. Using evidence-informed techniques, including breathwork, mindful movement, and restorative poses, we focus on calming the nervous system and promoting hormonal balance with practical tools to enhance your comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Menopause can sometimes leave you feeling low in mood, depleted in energy, and struggling with sluggish digestion. These classes offer a way to reconnect with your inner strength and vitality. Through energising flows, strengthening postures, and mindful breathing, these classes are designed to lift your spirits, boost circulation, stimulate digestion, and reignite your sense of empowerment. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, revitalised, and ready to embrace this new chapter with confidence.
Hormonal changes during menopause, particularly the decline is eostrogen, can affect brain chemistry, impacting mood regulation and stress responses, which can lead to increased anxiety and overwhelm. These classes explore what is happening in your brain and offer movement, breathwork, and techniques to draw mental focus inwards, reduce sensory overload, and restore a depeleted nervous system
Increased feelings of anger, frustration, and irritability are a normal part of the menopause transition - our classes offer a safe and supportive space to honour these emotions, not supress them. Menopause yoga helps by calming the nervous system, improving emotional resilience, and providing practical techniques to manage intense emotions, creating a greater sense of balance and inner calm.
Nathalie is a yoga teacher specialising in menopause support, offering a calm and compassionate space for women to navigate the changes of midlife. She first discovered the profound impact of yoga while training in the spiritual heart of Nepal, where she completed her foundational teacher training. Deeply inspired by yoga’s ability to support mind, body, and spirit, she went on to become a fully accredited Menopause Yoga teacher through further study out of the UK.
Her personal experience of perimenopause, including severe anxiety and panic attacks, led her to research the transition more deeply. Shocked by the lack of awareness and support available, Nathalie felt called to help other women feel seen, informed, and empowered.
Blending movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, Nathalie teaches from the heart. Her classes and workshops offer practical tools to reduce stress, balance hormones, and build emotional resilience, all within a safe, supportive space where women can reconnect with themselves and embrace this powerful life stage with strength and self-compassion.
