 Menopause Yoga is a specialised style of yoga designed to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. It combines gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation techniques to help manage common symptoms and promote emotional wellbeing.


 Menopause Yoga can help ease symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, sleep disturbances, mood swings, joint stiffness, and fatigue. It supports the nervous system, improves circulation, calms the mind, and encourages emotional resilience during this time of transition. 


 No previous yoga experience is necessary. Classes are designed to be accessible and supportive for all women, regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility. Everything is adapted to suit your needs. 


 No, Menopause Yoga is a complementary therapy that works alongside medical and natural treatments. It offers holistic support for body and mind but is not a substitute for medical advice or care. Always consult your healthcare provider about any health concerns. 


Everything you need will be provided for you at the class but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, bolster, blocks, eye pillow etc if you have them. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
